The best garage door opener ever!
Who can get the remote out of their pocket and open the garage door while in motion safely, no one.
We tried stopping on the sloped driveway while keeping the bike running, searching for the remote, balancing the bike and holding the brake was impossible.
We wanted to be able to ride up our sloped driveway without stopping and ride into the garage.
We tried a small Craftsmen remote but I couldn’t get it out of my pocket one-handed while moving easily, so I started to search for a solution and found a review about Flash 2 Pass garage door openers.
What a great garage door opener. You ride near your house and flash your high beams and up goes your garage door. No stopping searching, fumbling. Just flash your high beams and the door opens.
All you have to do is install the receiver and transmitter. Replace your old garage door wall switch with the flash to pass receiver and install the transmitter on your high beam wires on your bike and that’s it.
Mine came programmed so I just flashed my high beams to test the system and up went the door. What a great idea, we can usually select the high beams within a 1000 ft and it is up by the time we reach the threshold of the garage.
I mounted the receiver near the garage door to have no obstacles in the line of sight and to improve the range.
I then bought three more transmitters for our cars and after a quick programming up went the door. A total of six transmitters can be added.
